1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Paddy O’Brian (“we”, “us”, “our”) at paddyobrian.com. By using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Age Restriction — 18+ Only
You must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your country, whichever is higher) to enter, browse, or purchase from this site. By entering, you confirm you are of legal age. We may ask you to verify your age by date of birth. Products on this site contain adult themes and are intended for adults only.
3. Products
We sell books (eBooks, audiobooks, print), apparel, fragrance, and other products developed for Paddy O’Brian. Product descriptions, sizes, scents, and contents are described on each product page. Digital products (eBooks / audiobooks) are delivered by download link. Physical products (apparel, fragrance, print books) are shipped to the address you provide.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required, excluding shipping unless stated. Payment is processed securely via CCBill. Your card statement will show “CCBill.com * Paddy O’Brian” or a similar CCBill descriptor. By purchasing, you authorize CCBill to charge your card for the total shown at checkout.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. We will send an order confirmation email once your order is accepted. For digital products, delivery is by email / download link to the email you provide.

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
7. Refunds & Returns — See Refund Policy
Our Refund / Returns Policy applies to all orders. Digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except as required by law or as set out in that Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, images, product designs, text, and branding on this site are owned by Paddy O’Brian and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
9. Acceptable Use
You will not use this site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to bypass the age gate, or misuse product content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
